Ancient sages perfected the use of physical and meditative yogic techniques to calm the mind, support the body, and connect with the Divine. You may not realise it, but all traditional meditation and yoga practices originate from the ancient wisdom that has been passed down for millennia.
During the Just Love Festival, we offer a variety of physical yoga and meditation classes to introduce you to the mysteries of these ancient techniques so you can begin to quiet the mind, cultivate balance, and establish a deeper connection with yourself and the Divine within. Everyone is welcome. No experience needed. Just come, relax and enjoy the practice!

Yoga & Meditation Garden
In the Yoga & Meditation Garden you'll find a Welcome & Info desk where you can chat with our teachers and ask questions about yoga and meditation. When you need a break from the action, you can come to the Bamboo Hut in the garden to chill and chant, or grab a fresh juice from the Juice Bar and just hang out in the Garden enjoying the peaceful surroundings and beautiful landscape.
